LisaMarie Foto Ed.D. has extensive experience as an educator working in elementary and secondary schools in the areas of general education and special education. Of greater importance, LisaMarie is a mother whose fondest memories have come from reading to her own children. It has been an immensely rewarding experience watching her children progress from sitting on her lap and listening to her read to becoming avid readers themselves.
LisaMarie would like nothing better than to have Cuffy give you and your young listeners and readers the same reward.
Nancy Goldberg was born and raised in New York. As someone who has always loved working with children, Nancy pursued her passion, receiving undergraduate and graduate degrees in Elementary Education. Throughout her career, she firmly believed in the importance of building self-esteem, encouraging curiosity, and stretching the imagination in all young minds!
Nancy's enthusiasm, creativity and love of books sparked her desire to author children's stories. Nancy ignited that same passion within her daughter, who also became an avid reader and writer.
Susan Mandell was born and raised in New York. She completed her educational degree with a Masters from Fordham University. Her teaching career began as a first grade teacher and that eventually led to her career as a reading specialist. At this position she was fortunate to meet and become friends with her co-authors. Their combined love of reading and the importance to instill this to their students led to the collaboration and creation of Cuffy.
Susan and her husband, Michael, look forward to the next “awesome adventure” with their family and friends!
